BASIC PROGRAMME

The basics programme is designed to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of the sport. The classes will cover some of the core principles of Jiu Jitsu, such as connections, leverage and base. Participants will get an opportunity to learn essential techniques and what makes them work.

Despite the physical and challenging nature of Jiu Jitsu, the basics class is conducted in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.

ADVANCED PROGRAMME

Instructors present a central theme and introduce a range of techniques related to that theme. Participants are encouraged to experiment and discover the applications that work best for them.

Typically, Students engage in live training that simulate authentic competitive scenarios. Instructors create challenging situations that encourage critical thinking and decision-making. This approach empowers athletes to adapt and apply the techniques they’ve learned, fostering a deeper understanding of their effectiveness and limitations.

Throughout the sessions, coaches provide individualised feedback and engage in discussions with participants, encouraging them to reflect on their strategy.
